Danville resident opens Apex Bail Bonds in River District

Fred Shanks, IV is the President of Apex Bail Bonds, LLC. Apex Bail Bonds’ agents have decades of experience in the bail bonds business. Fred is the only known person to hold an active bail bond license in 2019 in both Virginia and North Carolina. In March 2019, Fred posted a record of setting a $1 Million bond in Caswell County, North Carolina. Today, Apex Bail Bonds is active in more than 30 locations in Virginia and North Carolina.
